I think I make these plays way to much.. a big leak I think
opponent is a solid 25/16/2.5 player maybe a 2+2.
this is a very weak line right?

A8s is the bottom of my 3bet hands from a button steal when I'm in the BB. You can take initiative on this ragged board and hopefully fold him out. That being said, if you're planning on folding the turn if a rag hits, then you might as well fold the flop. You don't have odds to hit a 6 outer, which may only be 3 if he has an overpair to your 8, or a K.

3-bet preflop and lead the flop. A8s matches up well against a solid players range of button raises. The hand becomes easier after that, when you can safely fold if you get played back at since you have only A-high. If he's willing to try to take pots like this with bluffs, you'll find out after a little while and adjust.

what if:
I raise preflop, lead flop and he calls? do I check/fold turn if the J comes? same if a J>x hits?
