I know we have some chess players here so I thought I'd ask.

I used to play a fair bit of online chess and would like to start again. I enjoyed playing blitz, lightning and crazyhouse for the most part. What's a good site for these games? Looking for good, free software and competition.

I cheated a fellow 2+2er out of $50 chess matches using a program once. You'd think GoT would catch on.

FICS free internet chess server look online for it because I play online at ICC but that costs money (www.chessclub.com)

Not what you're looking for, but I thought this site (http://turbulence.org/spotlight/thinking/chess.html) was kinda neat.

I have an account on ICC since like '97 or so, I like it a lot. Poker is my new chess, though. I haven't played chess in a while since I'm too busy making money with a hobby instead of just increasing my rating /images/graemlins/smile.gif
