well if it is equally as important which i feel it is maybe i should repost my original post into each forum aswell.

Why not? I suggest you take out a full page ad in the NY Times, it will have a more widespread readership. Oops, that costs money wheras it is free to complain here! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
