What is the standard strategy against someone who likes to complete and raise a lot on third in H/L. Do you limp with strong hands and reraise or just let him do all the work as not to tip of your hand.

Well, if you're rolled or something, then a limp and re-raise is the way to go. The value of a lot of your hands lies in implied odds, however, so you're usually best off letting him do the betting.

When an Aggressive player :

Attacks on early betting rounds With strong hands just call.
Bets recklessly, raise more liberally.
