first time posting image. No idea if this will work.
Anyway. I am trying to raise my VPIP. Will it all come from defending my blinds more and raising out of the BB. I still do not like the idea of raising AQo or PP T's to a field of 3 limpers. How is my VPIP in other positions?

You're waay too tight in all positions. The BB is just disturbing. Kudos on the winrate, even if I have no idea how you can be/expect to be a 4-5 BB/100 winner with those numbers.

Looks like he's getting really lucky in the BB. Wow, -0.08, no way that's sustainable.

It looks like absurdly tight play to me, but apparently it's working at the moment.

I have no illussions of keeping my present winrate. I have just been getting great cards.

I have made a real effort to up my vpip the last 10,000 but I can't get it over 22. even with ASB at 30%.

Blinds are disturbing. I thought I was bit weak but disturbing is embarassing. 1 problem is steal attempted then SB 3bets. I am only defending with QJs AQo 22. What else should I add. For all other BB defense I will go back and reread some of the blind defending posts.

I am still wondering what I am missing at other pos.
Give or take depending on the table.
utg/AToA9sKJoQJs88
mp/A9A7sKJoQJs77
co/non steal same add KTsQTsJTsT9s44
bttn/ 22 76s 97s JTo
What am I missing. Thanks for the feedback

U cant make a list like this. If a donkey coming in with anything for a raise raises UTG its totally different to when you, for example, raises UTG.

If same loose guy raised first in from button u know he raises any2, so u can defend with (almost) any 2.

Adding more hands got a lot to do with adjusting to the other players and take advantage of bad players.

But read Abduls preflopessay.

It will give u some standards for defending blinds against different raises.

Thanks for the link. I have posted the question about his BB defense before and got no response. It seems awful loose. To a legit raise. He has you playing.
Almost all suited A2 K9 Q9 54 42 85
to a loose steal he has you defending with all but
Q3 J4 T5 94 84 73 62 32 or worse.
I know the man knows what he is talking about but I have a hard time coming even close to these standards. Does anybody care to elaborate?
Even if I use the legit raise defense I am defending with 42 or 85. Wow.
