Eurobet Tournament summaries?

How do you go about getting tournament summaries from Eurobet?

There's a thread about this buried back a little ways..

The upshot is that some people have had success by emailing customer support 5 times or more, one reported that CS said they didn't 'offer that service anymore,' I have emailed CS over this issue 6 times in 3 days and have yet to get any response.

So... It seems you have to duke it out with their support. Good luck.

I thought someone said something about you have a eurobet email account and that's where they get mailed to.

Yes, they did. I was too dense to see it. For any others havging problems here is the reply from customer service (after 4 days).

"Please be advised that all the Hand Histories are sent to the Eurobet imbox. In order for you to check these Hand Histories, you need to access the website www.eurobet.com (http://www.eurobet.com) , insert your log in details and select from the "Account options" "Messages"."


Hope that helps anyone else having problems. Be sure to see that you have to go to the WEBSITE and not the poker room to get to the message box.
