Why push? Bet 3-4 xBB and see what happens...

Considering the relatively small blinds compared to the size of the bigger stacks, this push will win you the blinds most of the time, and lose you a good chunk of your chips a small (but not insignificant) fraction of the time. Definitely not the right play here. If you had 1000 or less, or the blinds were 300/600, then it'd be a different story.

That being said, the guy who ended up calling you with the AA didn't have a big enough stack to make things turn out differently here. If you had raised to 400, and he pushed for 1600, I think calling would be the right play in a 4-handed game and you still lose half your chips.

I pushed K's the other day and ran into A's was that a bad push? Seriously though what is the purpose of pushing all in right there? With the blinds and the stack sizes the only way anyone besides the bb is going to call is if they more than likely have an overpair. Its not worth risking that imuch of your stack if you happen to run nto one like you did when a good size raised will accomplish the same thing.
