Villain has TAG stats. I'm assuming he could be raising me on flop with any pocketpair, bottom or mid pair or to get free river. I'm assuming a 3bet is best here?

I guess he folded a Q or 8 here, who knows, maybe a weaker hand, trying the ole turn raise and check behind for the showdown.
