I think that's the title.

Very cool show on PBS right now. One of the two hosts/judges is Ming Tsai, who hosts his own cool cooking show on PBS. Anyway, it's cool so far. The hosts are quizzing the contestants and putting them to the test in the kitchen on their techniques, sense of smell, etc.

Woops, it was called Cooking Under Fire. Very fun show. One chef got eliminated after he got flustered that another competitor "accidentally" moved his pot off the stove in a timed event, blowing that event for him. His not taking responsibility for watching his own pot is what got him kicked. Poor guy never got a chance even to make a real dish.
