You misinterpret the question. You had never met her before, and you had desired her all your life, and now you can have her. But before you do, you find out she's your (insert relative here). in many cultures you are encouraged to marry your first cousin. from a biological standpoint it is also preferred because you are closely related enough that your genes have a better chance of making it to the next generation without getting diluted yet you are distant enough that the chance of birth defects is only slightly higher than if you had sex with someone completely unrelated. i think it's only recently and in some cultures that your cousin became part of the incest taboo. that said, i wouldn't have sex with any of my first cousins.
