Wow, great hand.

Calling depends on your read. How did villain get such a big stack? I'll assume your read isn't that this guy is a complete moron.

Big stack limps, and then calls a big raise. What do you put him on? Thanks to your raise, I think we can take "Complete garbage" off the list (though with some big-stacks you never know.) A mid pocket pair seems possible, as does a couple of broadway, especially if they're suited.

Villain jams on the flop. (Great play, IMO.) You are now behind: AT, KQ, KJ, and QJ. (He probably raises JJ, QQ or KK.) The only hands you are ahead of are AK, AQ and AJ. Since you have two aces, and these are raising hands, none of them seems too likely. Moreover, he may be trying this with a strong pair, str8 and flush draws. In short, you may be ahead, but if he caught even a little bit of this flop he probably has a lot of outs to beat you.

The other possibility is that he's put a move on you with complete garbage, 99 or TT. If so, good for him. Fold and play poker.

Fold and complain about how someone pushes every time you try to bluff. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

I would fold here. If you have a good read on him, ex. if he showed down a hand where he stop and go'ed on the flop, you might be able to tell what kind of hand he has.

Your down to 2100, but you still have two short-stacks that look like they are going to be eliminated soon. I stay cautious and fold here.

Thanks for all the great advice guys! I was multi-tabling at the time so I must admit I did not have a good read on him. However, he said in chat that he had KJ, whether he did or not is debatable. When we got down to 3 handed he was pushing pretty much any flop he got a piece of, but I still think I made a solid fold.

I think you guys are right on! Thanks for the feedback.
