I think my line up to this point is solid.

Leading the turn, I don't think it's horrible, and when I get check-raised by the sb, I think I have to call and try and spike the 7 ? Hand went to hell at this point. :/

I like it all.

The 3 bet from SB looks genuine to me, as he's up against two opponents who have been betting aggressively. He must know that you are both unlikely to lay your hands down. Pretty likely he has Ax. You have the odds to chase a 7 or 8, so I like the call.
