God, call me weak on this, but even on a six handed table with mid pair OOP and a significant pre-flop raise I'd drop this hand pre-flop. On a full table you're losing money on this hand and I think (about 99% sure) you're still losing money 6 handed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
As it stand I think everything else is fairly standard, except that I may bet in the $20 range on the river. If I'm getting called all this way then I'm putting villian on a mid-high pair. $20 bucks is still enough to not get run off the pot if you're ahead and won't lose you as much if you're behind.

I usually play the mid pocket pairs for set value, according to the 5/10 rule.

Sets are often paid off very nicely in 6max following a preflop raise. Perhaps this was not one of the better times to call a raise with a pocket pair, given the amount of the raise and my position. Anyone else agree?

What is the 5/10 rule?

TIA!
