Family Guy season premiere commercial - different scene than bittorent

The preview for this Sunday's episode looked to have scenes not in the released version that is out on bitorrent. Am I just not remembering stewie asking Bring to punch him in the face to get teeth for the tooth fairy???

Is the released episode maybe a later one and not the season permiere? Anyone know anything about this?

I don't remember the wording of the commercial, maybe it's just for "the return of FG" and the clipse are from different episodes in the new season? Or maybe the leaked episode is not the premiere.

don't remember that part either - hopefully it's different! the beginning of the north by north quahog episode seemed like this would be the premiere.
