...and get this hand in the small blind. If we stick BB on a reasonably loose calling range than normal based on my previous three hands am I right in thinking this is a still a clear push? Does anything do anything different?

I think it's probably marginal against a loose calling range, but I'd still push. Giving your opponent an extra T300 could come back and kick you in the ass later. Also, I'll personally take marginally +EV plays ITM, since that's going to increase my chances of winning.

Cheers for reply. I should have mentioned that this is a 6-handed tourney that pays top 2 only. Not ITM yet! Its a $20 touney with 75% to winner.
