If his flop three-bet means "I can beat TT", you can fold on the flop I think.

if SB checks the turn do you check too?

I would. Its highly likely that you need the free card, and he's not folding any better hand.

Flop is a bit ~, but i'm not folding the turn with a flushdraw when you called the flop, I fold the river unimproved.
