I could never see just folding the flop here.

I think in these situations I'd raise the flop to hopefully take control of the hand. Checking or betting the turn, I don't know, but I want to get to showdown cheaply.

I either fold or raise the flop, betting a nonspade turn (folding to a check-raise) and looking far a free showdown or checking behind a spade and often calling (not overcalling) one bet on the river unimproved.

But if villain is someone who could be betting a draw or weaker made hand, aren't you afraid he will 3bet you with a worse hand, causing you to make a bad fold? This coupled with the fact that a worse hand will keep betting if you call but possibly fold if you raise made me take my line. I could be very wrong though. Plus, if villain bets turn and the other dude raises, its a really easy fold.

Raise flop, bet turn, check river... pretty standard here.

With no reads, a 3-bet means business.
