is this an easy call versus a LAG? He was raising every hand with his stack advantage

Hand 1:
This is an easy fold. The reason bullying with the big stack here is so effective is because even if you know what he is doing, you can't do anything about it unless you pick up a premium hand.

QTs might look nice, but it just doesn't quailify.

Hand 2:
You are approaching "any two" territory here if not already there. J9o is about average against a random hand so this is an easy push.
