Getting the most out of my 2 pair/sets with flush draws

I've been running into this a lot lately. I'll flop 2 pair or a set, with a flush draw out there. I feel compelled to bet at least 1/2 the pot if not more depending on the number of players to price the flush draws. When doing this, I don't seem to pull very big pots at all off the hands. Here's two I just played (back to back /images/graemlins/smile.gif) You all mind checking my lines and see what I should do for maximum extraction?
