Eurobet several problems

I just opened an account with Coral Eurobet and have several problems/questions.
Unfortunately they dont answer my emails (waiting 2 days for an answer now) so before I try to call them from Thailand I ask here:
1. When I log in I can choose Coral or Eurobet. Is there any difference between them?
2. The first day it was not possible to deposit money from my Neteller account. There was no error message but the money dont showed up. Neteller is working fine so its no problem with Neteller.
3. Today I could not open the cashier section. I tried it several times. I received an error message: "Not possible to open this site".
4. When I go to the tables who wait for players at the SNG-section most of this tables already started. the the difference between the lobby and the real process are 5 hands or so. Is there a refresh button or something?

I deinstalled the software and installed it new today but I still have these problems.
Any hints or guesses are highly appreciated!

dunno if this is related by i've never been able to add funds when i go to thailand (this is on PP)...some weird party security thing.

This is a good possibility because I had problems with some other site also since I stay here. Normally i had to email/fax them my identity card or passport and thats it. I cannot understand why these pokersites dont answer on emails.

As to the refreshing tables thingy, that's a frustration we all have with Party poker and its skins. There's a lot of lag on their servers, and there's really nothing you can do about it. It's the same for me on DSL as it was on dial-up, and I have a good machine and lots of memory, so it's not me, and you don't have to worry it's on your end either. It's just that their servers refresh really slowly, and we just have to live with it if we want to play there.

Ok i was able to deposit now. They told me that they deposit the Neteller money only between 5-6pm from Monday to Friday. Very strange. The normal way is that the money show up immediately.
With the lag at the tables is a little bit frustration but I can live with that lag.
What i found more annoying was the unbelievable tightness
at my first tournament at a party skin. I played 20+2 but the players were much more tight than at other pokerrooms i played before like Pacific Poker or Interpoker. I hope it was an exception but the players should be the same at all other party skins.
