I just opened an account with Coral Eurobet and have several problems/questions.
Unfortunately they dont answer my emails (waiting 2 days for an answer now) so before I try to call them from Thailand I ask here:
1. When I log in I can choose Coral or Eurobet. Is there any difference between them?
2. The first day it was not possible to deposit money from my Neteller account. There was no error message but the money dont showed up. Neteller is working fine so its no problem with Neteller.
3. Today I could not open the cashier section. I tried it several times. I received an error message: "Not possible to open this site".
4. When I go to the tables who wait for players at the SNG-section most of this tables already started. the the difference between the lobby and the real process are 5 hands or so. Is there a refresh button or something?
I deinstalled the software and installed it new today but I still have these problems.
Any hints or guesses are highly appreciated!
