Value bet 7th.

Its unlikely anybody has you beat because a big straight or a flush would have bet. (youre only showing a baby straight and most of your opponents will put you on that or if they can remember all the way back to third street maybe big two pair). The only hand out against you that you have to worry about is a bigger set, but if you bet you are more likely to be called by a two pair who is hoping you had aces or kings or something at the start and bricked every street.

This is a clear value bet.
