Assuming typical Party 2/4 players, yea your beat. Not only that, it is quite possible you're drawing dead.

I would guess that the CO has KT and the SB has 66, or 22.

Not that it matters much, but how were these guys playing? Tight/Loose/Very Loose, Agressive/Passive?

Ya, Chances are you are upagainst 2-pair and/or a set.

I think you have to fold that turn. I don't like coldcalling two BBs there after you were the utg PF raiser and the king and ten are in playing range for an utg PF raiser, and still yet they are raising and reraising you on the turn. gotta fold, you whaled moe then likely

Donks looove to slowplay two pair and up at 2/4. I think you are beat. It is still a tough laydown, but I think you are drawing too slim to call.
