Table selection?

Hey guys, I moved up to 2/4 yesterday and had a great first day, the weekend obviously had something to do with it. Now it's about 5:00 PST (8:00 EST) and the games aren't so great, I'm watching a few tables with high avg pots (8-10 BB) and there are usually 3 to a flop, high PFR, lots of autofolds around to the blinds and not a lot of showdowns. So it looks like the tables are pretty tight. Is this typical around this time? I heard 2/4 was juicy but it doesn't look that way, what do you guys look for in a good table?

The 2/4 BBJs are insane, I remember multiple occaisions where I was sitting on two or three tables with VPIPs > 60% at the same time. It more than makes up for the extra rake.

I just sit down on 4 random picked table and starts to play. People come and leave all the time so its always fishs on the table.
