squandering my stack

Ok, this is my last post for the day -- I'll stop monopolizing the forum.

Lately, I've been squandering a chip lead on or just before the bubble due to (perhaps overly?) aggressive play. I'm wondering if my poor results are just variance or actual stack mismanagement. Here's an example (the Q5s hand is the obvious questionable play):
