wat are the odds qqxxx vs kkxxx both drawing 3 in draw poker?

Define X-X-X. Can the K-K player NOT have a Q, or both Qs? Vice versa? It would make no sense for a player with Q-Q-A-A-A to draw 3...but for the sake of argument, are we including that?
