Umm...this is a tough response. The worse play pre-flop is the call by dude two. On the flop, Dude one calls, presumably thinking he is bluffing, which isn't the right play. you have no hand and no draw, so you should be either folding (the better option) or raising if you think hes bluffing. On the turn, Dude 2 continues his bluff, and you call, again a questionable play. The river is a blank, and Dude 2 who fires hard again. Right about here dude one thinks to himself "Dang, I shouldve folded on the flop" and folds...oh wait...he doesnt, damn. Dude one played this much worse

Why does anyone post hands? To get better.

Why are you responding to it if you can't even answer the question? It wasn't Confirm that both people played this badly, it was "Who played it worse?"

Why can't it be multiple levels of thinking?

Dude Two called preflop with the intention of taking it away postflop, as he knows that Dude One raises a fairly narrow range of hands. On the flop, he bet small to make it look like a big hand that was trying to look small, but Dude One realized that it was a double reverse bluff, and called with the intention of checkraising the turn, since that's how a Q would play it. When Dude One hits his J on the turn, he realizes that he's good, and doesn't need to bluff anymore, so he check-calls Dude Two on the turn, as he tries to continue representing a big hand. On the river, Dude Two makes a final stab at it, hoping that Dude One was on a draw or a low pair that can't call here. Dude One of course check-calls to allow Dude Two to continue his bluff.

Or maybe it's Party 25, and they're both bad players? Why bother posting this hand?
