Villain is a manaic preflop, VPIP 60, PFR 28. Post flop he actually doesn't play haf decent, but the aggro level is still very much up there. Don't have any reads regarding bluffs at all. How do I look?

I at least bet the river. I don't think I like the flop bet as you only have a gutshot against 3. I think you have 5 outs on the flop (no value for single pair hands). 9 outs on the turn (3 straight, 6 flush).

I think you might be mistaken on the flop. I have an open ender with for 8 outs, maybe 7 if you discount for the possible flush. Seems like a good time to bet for value against 3 opponents.

Here's my thinking for the river. This guy has proven to be an aggressive player and slightly tricky at that. My flush has some showdown value, but I really don't want to have to pay 2 bets for it. Against a solid player I could bet/fold this river, but against this guy I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable doing so. Considering his aggression from earlier I felt there was a reasonable chance he could still bet a hand like 2 pair, or even a lower flush so I opted for a check/call line.

Wow, my bad on the board read. On the river I like bet-call better than check call in this spot.
