Just finished Jordan, Taylor, and Mazaar's "American National Security." All in all a very fine book, save for the fact that it was published in '98 and is thus somewhat dated.

I'm looking for a book at a similar level dealing with the history/policy of American Intelligence (military and otherwise). Extra points if other countries history/policy are discussed.

I'd also appreciate a website/forum for (non-partisan) poly sci/national security policy/intelligence discussion.

Any suggestions?
