Is epass fast for cash outs?

I have a neteller account, and I was thinking of getting an epass account for the epass bonus. How long do they take? 1-2 days or 5-7?

I take it this is for party? Epassporte is faster than neteller. Most of my cashouts from party are there within an hour or 2 at the most.
