If there are no antes, I agree this is a fold. With antes, the push is probably OK. If you had a little better hand, later position, or smaller stack, you could push.

With 8 BBs I think this is an easy fold, you'll almost never get called by a worse hand, and are risking way too much for way too little. I'd push with 6 BBs, but nothing more.
