How do some of you have pictures and videos under your name? Do I have to get a certain post count first?

They aren't movies, they are animated gif's.

Its the avatar section in your user setup.

You have to make friends with artistic posters and get them to make totally kickass avatars. Ironically mine was made by someone living in the southern US.
