Hardly played recently because of boredom which in turn lead to me playing worse and so on.... Decided a fresh start was in order, start doing some datamining for the first time, new PT database etc.
Party reload bonus on offer so off I go. After the annoyance when I deposit and realise it's only a $100 max, open up some 2/4 and tables the very first hand I get aces. Good start. Raise them up preflop, lose on the river. Bad start.
200 hands later, I'm down about 25BB, i.e. the entire bonus, and after a couple of weak plays and bad beats I'm tilting. Take a break, get some food, grab a beer (yes that's a good idea)...
Just finished clearing the bonus, took 1020 hands (slightly under coz I saw through to the blinds after clearing). Finished up 130BB, ie. 12.79 BB/100.
My point is. Online poker is rigged. It's rigged in my favour. My new PT database shows I finished ahead with all the top hands:
AA (10 times, Net 6.63BB/hand)
KK
QQ
JJ
AKs
AKo
AQs
AQo
AJs
How's that for running good over 1000 hands?
Yes it's bragging, it's betting than whinging though. Now I'll just go play 1000 hands of 100/200 on Gaming Club and retire.
