Hi.

<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, MP3 calls t600, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t2100</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP3 calls t1500.

Turn: (t9400) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP3 checks, ???

Would a stronger player than me sense weakness here and push? The only hand I can be beating right now is TJ, and even that's a loose call from MP for 1500 more (is it?). So should I be thinking about not what I have but what MP thinks I have? If I give this pot up here I still have ~10500 (17.5xBB), but there's some big stacks out there.

Cheers.

You need to give up on the hand, after he calls your flop continuation bet. You are now on a steal gone bad.

Well, I did give up on it. It got checked down to the river and he showed AJo, and out-kicked me. I was just thinking - if I had the balls to fire again, I could have taken it.

I'm done with it, just because he turned out to have AJ and be a total donk, doesn't mean that 90% of the time you're crushed in this spot. Use this information in the future.
