For the record, CON does these 2 bonuses EVERY MONTH!!! That is why you should routinely do a little cover play at CON so taht they don't ban you. They are worth over $200 in EV monthly.

They will catch up with you eventually. You're better off completing the wagering requirements and losing the ~$10 in EV to stay in favor with them.

You note what the WR is and keep track of your betting, be it by hand or using a feature built into that particular site's software.

When you get banned from a casino, your money is not taken unless the casino is a complete piece of [censored]. If you avoid these places, you'll be fine. I've done ~150 casinos and have never had money stolen from me. I've been banned from a few places and all that happens is that they refuse to give you a bonus or refuse to let you get future bonuses.
