Pretty sure this is standard. Let me know please.

No reads, other than that the BB isn't particularly awesome after 90 hands (SLAA). SB is new to table.

Just bet the river. If he had JT he would have check/raised the turn. Fearing Tx is weaksauce in this spot.

You think SB is really going to bet into you on the flop and check the turn with some hand holding a ten? (Let's make a quick list of possibilities: KT, QT, JT, maybe AT). There are plenty of other hands with which he can call a bet on the river that you beat.
