Another ebaum's classic (http://media.ebaumsworld.com/index.php?e=mariopiano.wmv). The blindfold is kind of pointless, but the final 30 seconds are incredible.

I listened to Mario music for 6 minutes? http://forums.footballguys.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/shocking.gif

I thought it was interesting that I couuldn't recognize the music about 3-4 minutes in. That was about where I stopped playing video games.

0:00 - 1:21: Any above-ground, day-time level from SMB1 (e.g. World 1-1).
1:22 - 1:27: Game over from SMB1.
1:33 - 1:56: Any below-ground, non-dungeon level from SMB1 (e.g. World 1-2).
1:57 - 2:07: Starman. He left out some notes here. This a capella group (http://media.ebaumsworld.com/index.php?e=nintendoacapella.wmv) has the complete version.
2:08 - 2:55: Any underwater level from SMB1 (e.g. World 2-2).
2:56 - 3:53: Applies to many levels from SMB3 (e.g. World 1, Level 2).
3:54 - 4:08: Perhaps the beginning of any airship from SMB3? (I'm not entirely sure of this one.)
4:09 - 4:17: Super Mario World -- not sure where
4:18 - 4:36: Any fortress from Super Mario World
4:37 - 4:44: Applies to many levels from Super Mario World.
4:45 - 5:33: Applies to many levels from Super Mario World.
5:34 - 5:36: Less than 100 seconds to complete the level.
5:37 - 5:59: Previous melody at double-time.

Thankfully, he didn't play any music from Doki No Panic (SMB2 in The States).

Edit: Better guess for 3:54 - 4:08.

I'm pretty sure it's from Super Mario Bros. 3

Yup. I never played Super Mario World. So, that's it.

As for that a capella group, they're not totally awesome musically, but the Tetris and Zelda skits are fantastic.

i was curious about this, i have a 64, and was wondering if there was any sort of anthology out like the compilation that was made for the super nintendo. I dont want to have to repurchase the odler systems, but i do have some mario fever.

All 6 minutes of it are incredible. I wish I could play the piano like that.

I never really thought about the fact that someone had to write the music in those games, but really the composition of them is pretty impressive.
