What's a standard bad OOTM streak for people who single the 22s or 11s?

My worst ever was 12 OOTM on the 22s. Had a few 10 OOTM streaks in between.

I'm not sure if it makes a difference whether you're single-tabling or multi-tabling. Can't think of a good reason. You got one?

tilt and soft-tilt

i hardly every buy into a new tourney or set if i'm pissed about a bad beat or a bad set...but if i get tilted on the first or first couple tourneys of a set, i'd imagine my ROI and ITM in those remaining open tables is far below my lifetime average.

So therefore multi-tabling could bring about longer OOTM streaks.

"I'm not sure if it makes a difference whether you're single-tabling or multi-tabling."

I'll add in another one. You can't play 4 as well as you can 1. You play a more ABC style since you can't give attention to every little detail. As a result, ITM slightly decreases so OTM streaks occur more frequently

I recently had my worst ever OOTM streak (12) while 4 tabling. I burned through a significant portion of my bankroll during that streak so I decided to slow down and just single table for a while. This led to a 10 game OOTM streak. I'm still recovering. 30 buyin downswing over 40 games = angry Phoenix.

How damaging, shouldn't you maybe be playing lower if a 12 OOTM is damaging your role significantly?

Was playing on a limited BR due to some non-poker factors. Dropped from 30's to 10's, not much lower to go.

Dude, no. The "button" knows all and sees all. You can't just change accounts.

Nope, the "button" has its limitations it can only see so much. So it just sticks to screwing people who cash out. So, play on an account use it for a few months then cash out then sucker your friend into playing with it and laugh at him while he loses....its fun!

Have had a few streaks that lasted eleven SnGs. Also one of them was part of a 2 ITM out of 24 streak. That was pretty annoying. Bounced back pretty good straight afterwards though. Nothing helps forgetting losing as much as winning.

It's the 33s, but whatever. I started out with a 20 buy-in downswing in the first 25 tournies, then had a ROI of 50% over a bit more than 200 sitngos just to be ended by a streak of 16 OTM finishes. That is 4-tabling, however.
From my experience, 12 OTM finishes are pretty common.

4-tabling prevents me better from tilt than single tabling as I immediately focus on another table if I receive a bad beat. When I single tabled and was chipleader in the bubble for a long time just to lose three coinflips in a row and bust out after playing more than half an hour, and something like this happened in sitngos back to back, I was not too happy. Now there is usually another table which eases the pain.

My OOTM streaks tend to come in 8s, not sure why.

The worst streak was 56 without a FIRST, lots of 2nd and 3rd. Think I was over 40% ITM during that point and losing money. Anyone else track their streaks without a first.
