For me it's animal torture, and I'm wondering if this is weird or actually shared by any others.

I'm wondering why you still post. Btw, I was watching the WSOP today and they had a sidegame of blindman's bluff. Anyone ever see this?

Not to mention heartless.

I am referring to traditional teenage girls and up rape, and a "cat getting kicked" is not exactly torture.

Humans are animals, rape can be torture. So more importantly, how about them Blue Jays?

No it's like hold 'em. You have two cards on your forehead, then a round of betting.

tdarko

first of all you said "rape" and didn't specify gender so it has to be assumed both genders apply--though it doesn't matter at all.

secondly you said "cruelty" not "torture" and kicking a cat is considered cruel.

istewart

When did I ever say cruelty? Learn to read Christ.

Oh, and Poboy, keep walking around popping your pink Lacoste collar, and then come back here and call me heartless.

I'm not the one who would rather see my mother raped than my dog starved.

istewart

Clearly I'm not the only one either.

sorry, i apologize you did say torture...doesn't change the fact that you are a sick [censored] and i hope a dog with rabies bites you. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

heart·less
adj.
1. Devoid of compassion or feeling; pitiless.
2. Archaic. Devoid of courage or enthusiasm; spiritless.

[/ QUOTE ]

Seems to fit the bill.

I honestly feel sorry for anyone you ever have any type of intimate relationship with, and I say that in all seriousness, not as a joke or insult.

InchoateHand

He will not have an "intimate" relationship. And I say that seriously too.

istewart

How is feeling worse for animal torture than rape "devoid of feeling?" Doesn't seem to fit the bill to me.

Clearly I would not rather see my mother raped than my dog tortured, although neither is pleasant. My question is more in reference to how you generally feel about each issue.

It's certainly devoid of compassion for your fellow man.

[/ QUOTE ]

Clearly you would. If rape disturbed you more than animal torture, you would rather see the animal torture. You are less disturbed by animal torture, so you necessarily prefer rape.

No, sorry, I wouldn't. It's akin to saying I like baseball more than football, but would rather see the Patriots play the Eagles more than the Blue Jays play the Royals.

As well as majoring in Being a Faggot, are you minoring in Gross Generalizations?

[/ QUOTE ]

This is completely backwards. I'm saying that you are more disturbed by animal torture and so would prefer the alternative which is rape. I don't see how this is anything less than a logical conclusion derived from your original statement that animal torture disturbs you more than rape.

I'm sorry if you can't deal with someone pointing out the fact that you're a sick [censored].

istewart

Completely backwards, hmm...

I like baseball more than football. I would rather see a baseball game than a football game. However, in the specific instance of the Patriots/Eagles or the Royals/Blue Jays, I would rather see a football game.

AND

I am more disturbed by animal torture than rape. I would rather hear about rape than about animal torture. However, in the specific instance of someone raping my mother or torturing my dog, this is no longer the case.

PoBoy321
04-22-2005, 02:02 AM
OK, I see your point. Although it does invalidate your original statement.

It doesn't change the fact that you're a heartless sick [censored] for valuing animal life over human life.

EDIT: I shouldn't have said that it invalidates your original statement, it just makes it an overgeneralization.

[/ QUOTE ]

So forget about your mother. You are saying that if you were tied down and forced to witness either an animal being tortured or a girl getting raped (randomly selected girl or animal) you'd perfer to watch the rape?

Then yer a sick [censored] and its not even close.

I'm guessing they pretty much go hand in hand.
