Did anyone go to the first Blue Chip tourney? n/ m

I didn't go but I had a couple of friends that went. They said it was Jammed packed. Tourney started at 11:30central am and It was Maxed out at 11:15am central with 96 players since the card room can only hold that much. They had to turn players away with this huge turn out. Prize pool was $7350+ with first place getting $2240 or so and 2nd and 3rd both getting over 1,000 themselves. It paid 10 places and 10th got $180 or so.

Starting Chips: 500

Re-Buys=$15/T500 Unlimited Re-Buys for the first 3 levels.

$20 Add-on After the 3rd level. You can add-on for 1,500 in Tourney chips.

Every Weds. at 12:30pm EST/11:30am CST Make sure to get there 30mins prior to be ensured or a chance at getting in the tourney. Its first come first serve.

They said it was a great turn out and it was a good tourney. Looks like this one will have some staying power.


Hopefully I will be able to make it next week.
