Multipoker Hand Histories

I signed up for Multipoker almost a week ago and am still waiting for my first emailed hand history from them. When I contacted support to see if they were backed up, they asked which table numbers and hand numbers I needed. Big help.

Anybody else having this problem right now or is it just me?
