Full Tilt Hand/Tournament Histories

Is Full Tilt not doing these yet? After my session yesterday (my first one), I decided to look at hand histories and the options were grayed out.

Their support staff has a pretty quick response time -- when I asked them this after my first session a few months back, they said that hand histories would be "coming soon."

Since then, I've read around here that they were actually enabled for a day or two when they were first rolled out, but quickly disabled (but left in the GUI). Odd.

The graphical playback is nice, but I'm a bigger fan of textfiles for mining purposes. Alas.
