Can a friend of mine make a casino on net acc to clear the bonus with a deposit from my neteller account?

Yes. But don't do it from same computer/IP, or they'll freeze both accounts.

Better to transfer thru pokerstars or paradise, with no fees, and extra bonuses.

Well he doesn't play poker, and it was just an idea I have got, since it would not hurt my BR to lent him the money for clearing the bonus.
But the easyest way is a pokerstars tranfer, can i have him make an acc, then transfer to it without him making any deposit to it?

Yes, but he'll need to play a few rounds of poker at pokerstars. They don't like being treated as a free site for transfers...
