A post I highly recommend you read on winrate (win ratio): Link (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=2200187&page=0&view=c ollapsed&sb=5&o=14&fpart=8#Post2205919)

I've been playing poker seriously for 6 months.
I play LHE at $0.50/$1

I am aware of all the terms and find them all to be useful. (1) leads to (2), (3), and (4). I find (5) and (6) to be most useful because while each hand is different, (5) and (6) dictate the proper play.

I've won $150 playing overall.

You didn't really analyze the connection between mathematical knowledge and "win ratio". No one's mathematical knowledge is truly tested here because the terms you ask for are known by all posters, and most lurkers. The reason is that these terms are included in 2+2 books and are always discussed in each thread.

Please define "win ratio" by the way, I'm not sure if you mean it to be winrate.

Which limits do you usually play?

2/4 online. 3/6 at the casino, .25/.5 NL at home games

Which of the following concepts are you aware of and of them, which do you yourself find useful in your game?

1) Pot odds

yup

2) Effective odds

yes again

3) implied odds

this too

4) reversed implied odds

don't use it as much as the others, but still useful.

5) Pot Equity

use this for sure. a lot.

6) Expected Value

a bit tougher to do on the fly, but very useful.

How much have you won/lost playing poker?

I will PM you this. I would make a note for people NOT to include bonuses if that's what you want.

I know of them all and they all play a part in my game even though I don't use all of them that frequently.

About 6400$ playing 1/2 and 2/4 at about 3 BB/100.

Most of the posters here is familiar to these concepts so I think you need to ask more players than just on this forum, but you might already thought about that...

well this is a fun posting.

1. How long have i been playing? 2-3 months.
2. .25/.5 Limit Hold 'Em online.

1. Pot Odds: most important. foundational to all decisions and necessary for figuring all odds.

2. Effective Odds: yup.
3. Implied Odds: understand 'em. have trouble figuring them out quickly ingame.
4. Reversed Implied Odds: same as implied odds.
5. Pot Equity: i know what it is, but i don't know how to figure it out /images/graemlins/frown.gif
6. Expected Value: umm...not really sure.

How much have I won: 3BB/100 over 3000 hands

How long have you been playing poker?

I started 2 months ago.

Which limits do you usually play?

1/2 and 1/2 6 max. Moving up soon, hopefully...

I'm aware of all of these and they're all useful in different situations. I think that if you don't understand at least 1 and 6, poker is going to be a tough game to play.

How much have you won/lost playing poker?

I've won about $1300 so far, not including bonuses.

Well, I'm a final year maths student if that helps.
