Weird KJs hand

Does anybody not raise preflop? Does anybody raise the turn?

On the turn, I put the bettor on something like a pair and a flush draw (at best) - didn't think that he had made two pair or anything. But I didn't think that a raise was a good idea. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't raise if it weren't for the OESD.

Id raise the turn with MP1 stuck in the middle. You have top pair and an OESD.
