Dodgers win a 10-inning squeaker. Jose Valentin bounces one off the wall and San Diego goes down in flames. And what's with those uniforms the Padres had on?

Arizona crushes the SF Giants with 3 hits to the Giant's 11 and win 2-1. Ha-Ha.

And Seattle hangs on to win and is over .500.

And, apparently, Gary Sheffield is a SAINT with restraint.

Baseball is a great game. Just ask Brusier. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think the Zeno daily update is my favorite part of the season so far. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Of course, part of that is the Mariners updates. I am hoping to attend Sunday for the first time this season, to check out the Cleveland Indians.

Good game, but the uniforms were hideous.

I'm a huge Dodger fan who lives in San Diego, so tonight was extra sweet.
These first few weeks have been a lot of unexpected fun.

Thanks.

The Cleveland Indians! On a side note, how long before their smiling red-faced Indian emblem goes down in flames?

slightly off-topic: why is it that every one of these damn 0-0, 1-1 extra innings games are started by one of my roto pitchers? would it kill someone to score a run for them just once?

last 7 starts: 0-1, 6 nd, 1.13 era...i'm trying to view them as sklansky dollars...

i'll quit bitching now.

Haha, you must have Clemens. That's what you get for drafting an [censored]hole.

expansion draft. took him from someone in my division. had to do it.

also, brett myers, woody williams, and arroyo. if they do manage to get the lead, the bullpen blows it. so it goes.

I've been torn.

On the one hand, I'm a big Giants fan, and watching the Dodgers win makes me want to throw up.

On the other hand, Odalis and Kent are both on my fantasy squad, and are a big part of this goodness (http://baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/b1/74304).

I also have Penny coming off the DL soon...so I guess I'll now have to root for the bums to win 2/5 the rest of the way...;-)

They are a countermeasure intended to thwart the seeing-eye single.

More like we'll be a good middle relief pitcher and be off to the races in October.

Being a diehard Padre fan and living with 2 dodger fans totally sucks. Last night they were both busy, so I watched the first 7 innings by myself, only for them to each come in during the next couple innings and talk massive trash at our loss. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

No one can see it? Bummer.

I'm trying very, very hard not to gloat...and trust me it's difficult. I'm so tempted to start a thread about my magnificence...

BTW I'm going to keep pestering you until you take a shortstop off my hands. Just to let you know.

Jorge Posada's wife is banging, banging hot. Just saw an ad for the Posada charity to benefit the skull condition their son had.
