I don't think so... and I also resent that cardplayer lets Daniel N. Spam us in his articles.

ouch!

Sounds like the AI on this game is pretty good but I can play unitelligent people and make money so why bother? Might be a good learning tool. Who knows?

I thought some of the first episode was funny - "we have a 3 day waiting period for books". Ms. Anderson wasn't terrible.

It's hard for me to play a lot of "real" tournaments because I can't get blocks of 4 hours free at a time very often. As a result, I use the Wilson tourny simulator now - I can stop and start a fake tourny whenever I want. It's obviously not as good practice as the real thing, but it helps. If Stacked has better AI, then it should be a good training tool that I can use when time permits (and I'll ignore the other aspects of it).

So why would anyone do this? Why not just play an actual tournament?

It's rediculous how much these games cost. It's like over half a buyin to play them. I bought the new MK: Deception a while ago and wasn't particularly impressed. I don't play it and it was like $50. If I buy another game it's going to be San Andreas.

And no I won't buy it.
