Rare check-raise bluff on turn

I rarely get a chance to pull this move. Villian is a tag, and has shown the ability to fold, which is the only reason I pull this move. I plan on calling a 3-bet on river as I don't put him on AA, 88, 33 or 66. (think he would've reraised turn to protect his hand). Any thoughts?
