how to post a pic?

how do you post a pic on a profile....

like a Jpeg....that doesnt have a URL...

or a bitmap....

any help appreciated...

As far as I can tell, you need a site to host a picture, therefore you need a URL. You may want to re-post on the “Internet Gambling” forum; they might be able to point you to a site that does “free hosting”. Or, you could appeal to the admins of this site to allow posters to store their pics.
