Does anyone here use these? How do they work?

For those who don't know, iTunes allows you to stream music from basically anyone on your network, and the aforementioned programs take it a step further and let you actually download the songs.

Also, is this under the radar of the RIAA? How about if you're on a college campus?

Thanks.

I use ourTunes at UW. It is quite amazing, you can get whatever you want in about three seconds.

I used myTunes last year when I was on my school's network. I'm not on the network anymore, so I'm not using it now.

I have no idea about the laws. No one from the RIAA has sued me, so I guess that's god.

Here nearly everyone uses myTunes or ourTunes or whatever. It's basically just like friends hooking up to other friends' computers on a T1 so each download is 3 seconds. Just like an FTP or sending files over AIM or whatnot. I don't use it because nobody knows anything about getting good quality songs. That and they all like Dave Matthews Band...
