Just want to make sure this is played ok. MP has vpip of about 30, so there's a good chance he's at least decent.

Bet turn fold to raise. He could have a lot of mid pocket pairs here, or just an ace who knows. If he just calls I also lead any non ace river.

your turn play is pretty weak here. He will bet lots of hands in this spoty you have beaten. Bet and fold to a raise. Lead the river if you don't.

Bet the turn...many players will peel one off on a board like that, and you can safely fold to a raise.

Checking will simply encourage the button to bet with worse hands and leave you with a situation where you have no clue what to do or where you stand. Bet the turn...
